The goal at Integritas is to improve the overall quality of the medical services in the long term care industry through an increased presence of midlevel medical practitioners. We have proven that an increase in the presence of our medical practitioners improves the quality indicators of the long term care facilities that operate under our model. With an increase in the quality of the clinical and medical services follows more efficient operations, allowing the facilities more time to concentrate on the quality of life of their residents. We assist medical entrepreneurs with the front-end start-up of their long term care practices, as well as, handle the billing for the services that they provide. Hence, the practitioner can concentrate on providing medical services to their clients while we handle the business side of the practice.

We consult with other organizations that provide nurse practitioners to the long term care industry. We also consult with managed care organizations that manage their membership through midlevel medical practitioners. We educate, train and guide their staff in how to practice in the long term care industry and care for the delicate geriatric population.

Most of our clients could be considered “the competition” and we are often asked why we would provide our services to these organizations. It is truly our Mission to improve the long term care industry as a partner to the industry.
