Integritas is currently interviewing nurse practitioners interested in becoming part of our unique medical model as a full time medical provider/Assistant Medical Director in a skilled nursing facility.

As the facility’s medical house staff NP/Assistant Medical Director, you would work in collaboration with the facility’s medical director to assess and manage all changes in conditions, perform federally required visits and participate in the management of chronic diseases. You would participate in efforts with the facility staff to manage the quality indicators (“QIs”) such as poly-pharmacy, restraint reduction, falls, etc.
