workers. Knowledgeable and creative, Chris is quickly able to simplify seemingly complex topics and effectively communicate their meaning in an entertaining and informative manner. A graduate of the Physician
Assistant Program at Hahnemann Medical College and Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Chris first worked clinically in the long-term care setting providing primary care services as a physician assistant
in nursing homes, physician offices and in patient’s homes. She then earned a Master’s Degree with a concentration in Health Services Administration and became licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator
in Pennsylvania. Chris later assumed senior roles with regional responsibility for TheraTx, a sub-acute rehab care provider and national responsibility for Arbor Health Care Company, a nursing home chain
acquired by Extendicare, Inc. Chris served as Vice President of Clinical Operations for HealthEssentials Solutions. She is currently Chief Executive Officer of IntegritasLTC and Affiliates, a privately-owned
Louisville-based provider of primary medical care services utilizing nurse practitioners, physician assistants and physicians in skilled nursing facilities. Chris has worked both clinically and administratively
with the geriatric population since 1981.
Patrick A. Curran, MBA

Patrick is an under-graduate of the University of Louisville and earned his MBA at the University of Miami, with a specialization in Healthcare Administration and Policy. Patrick has spent the past 23
years in the healthcare industry pursuing the various facets of the business including, acute care, pharmaceutical care, ancillary services, long term care and now medical services consulting. He spent
nine years with Kindred Healthcare honing his financial and operational skills. He joined Signature HealthCARE in 2003 as a Financial Controller, and guided operations in the states of Kentucky, Maryland,
Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Florida for four years. He held the role of Co-Chairman with his former regional operations team, and he assisted with the development of the framework for a “Diabetes
Program of Excellence.” Patrick joined Integritas in November 2007 as Chief Financial Officer. Utilizing his healthcare and finance experience, he has been instrumental in strengthening the foundation
of the financial and operational structure of the company.
